Priyanka Chopra walked the Oscars 2016 red carpet on Monday morning in full confidence. She wore a white, sheer gown with a belt and beading by Zuhair Murad. The actress said she felt âlike a princess on chariotâ as she walked the âgiantâ Academy Awards red carpet. The âQuanticoâ star also presented the Oscars for Best Editing along with Liev Schrieber. The award went to Margaret Sixel for Mad Max Fury Road. The 33-year-old actress will soon start shooting for her big Hollywood film debut Baywatch. By now, the sheer, embellished gown (a.k.a. the naked dress) seems like a tired trend at Oscars, but on Quantico star Priyanka Chopra, it was absolute perfection. The metallic belt keeps the look from leaning too bridal while the simple hair and make-up complemented the dress in all the right ways.

The former Miss World might have drawn the eye with her transparent lace white gown, but the real glitz and glamour was hanging from her ears and fingers â costing a total of just under $8 million, according to reports.
Priyanka took every opportunity to show off her gorgeous diamond rings, including a 10 carat diamond pinky ring worth $850,000 as well as an 8 carat diamond bypass ring costing $300,000. (AFP)

Supermodel Heidi Klum wore a 20 carat white and pink diamond pave triangle studs to accent her lilac-colored gown. She also donned several diamond rings including a pinkish Golconda 20 carat ring, a 12 carat ring, and a 16 carat ring â totaling 67 carats of diamonds and around $2.5 million â the latter of which she showed off on Instagram before hitting the red carpet.
